When you are a little fish in a big pond, it takes a great effort to accomplish your goals. You feel isolated and all alone—not very supported. But, when you are among many, many fish working together toward the same goal, you feel as though your goal is more easily attainable, and that you have support as you move toward it. Our local partners are the individual fish, the Collective is the school of fish—together we are a big fish swimming in the same pond. Together, we will accomplish our goal of improving the lives of children, families, and communities throughout Connecticut.
