Connecticut Parents Connecting for Change was held this past Saturday, December 9, 2023 at the CT Convention Center. It was an inspiring and motivating celebration of the POWER that parents have individually and even more so when they knock down silos and work together for the changes they want to see in their communities. Many thanks to the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood for sponsoring the event. The Connecticut Children’s Collective was so grateful for the opportunity to organize this great event in collaboration with Child Care for Connecticut’s Future, NAMI Connecticut, Commission on Women, Children, Seniors, Equity & Opportunity, Partnership for Strong Communities, and of course parents from Partners for Educational Leadership, PLTI, PEP, PLA, 2-Gen, Parent Ambassadors, and the Parent Cabinet!
