Governor Lamont could not have said it better when he spoke about our outgoing OEC Commissioner, Beth Bye:

“Beth Bye is one of the most caring, compassionate, and energetic people that I know, and her passion for the development and wellness of the youngest members of our communities knows no bounds.”

We at the Collective, are profoundly grateful for her devotion to the betterment of children and families. We wish her all the best in her ongoing efforts to make this world a better place for children, caregivers, providers, and the communities in which they live and work.

And we look forward to welcoming and continuing our work with the newly appointed OEC Commissioner, Elena Trueworthy, who we know will continue the forward moving momentum within the OEC. Congratulations Commissioner Trueworthy!
