On September 26, 2019, Joe and his students marched from the New Haven Adult Education building to the New Haven Green, along with hundreds of other students, teachers, and community members from all across the state!

It was a perfect day to be outside. The positive energy that was present was palpable in the air. They got it! Education is a continuum: if a parent is educated and reads, their child will be more likely to be educated and read.
